My very first visit, from booking my appointment to the reception and my optometrist they were all exceptional. In all my year's having terrible eyes I never met a more gentle and caring optomistrist. She took the time to make me feel at ease and always explained everything. It makes a big difference to a customer when they are treated right. I dare say you guy's are running and an exceptional business with an amazing team. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them enough. Definitely a little gem in our local area.
Since a friend recommended Jenkin I won't go anywhere else for my eye examinations. He's so kind and thorough. Understands my genetic and family history. And Sam always looks after me with my frame selection. I love how they allow a payment plan here. So I can get the glasses I want.
Got so frustrated with constantly having to put my reading glasses on and off throughout the day, I finally decided to get prescription glasses. After googling “eye tests near me” on a Friday after work, I booked appointment at Sanctuary Lakes Eyecare for the next day because they had good reviews and the time was convenient. Jason and the team were very friendly and professional. I was impressed with the way my consultation was carried out and how things were explained. Jason recommended multifocal lenses and also sold me on a pair of sunglasses they are brilliant btw, and will cut the glare from the sun on my daily commute. The hardest thing for me was choosing a frame I liked. Happy to recommend this team to anyone else looking for great eye care services.

Our family has been seeing the team since 2016 and we have always been provided with the same level of personalised service and thorough information. I had once tried to go to Specsavers because appointments were hard to find at sanctuary lakes eye care but I regret going to specsavers. I would always go to sanctuary lakes eye care, even our foster kids have been here for their tests. Truly outstanding and honest business and optometrists -/Jason, Jenkin and Belinda!
There are some of the best optometrists in Point Cook at this place! Dedicated staff and they are very helpful. The optometrists have great bedside manners and the glasses they make are top-notch. Just cannot fault them!

Seriously, I wouldn't trust my family's eye care with anyone else. Belinda Chen is, without a doubt, the best in the business; her level of care and professionalism is exactly what your eyes deserve! Originally, I went to that bulk company that is meant to save you money... all glasses obtained, were nothing like the script they were meant to be... and all we got was excuses; they didn''t save me anything; they simply wasted my time by constantly going backwards and forwards without the results required! In our opinion, you get what you pay for... at SLE, you get quality, quality, quality... Why would you bother chasing cheap, cheap, cheap when it comes to your eyes..?
