As a repeat customer I have nothing but great things to say about the team at Altona Meadows Specsavers. I recently had Florence complete my examination. She was friendly yet professional and was happy to answer my questions. Aydan assisted me on the shop floor and his customer service was outstanding! Friendly and so willing to help but also not overbearing and allowed me to browse independently too. Follow up appointment to collect my glasses, and contact lenses were met with the same wonderful service. Highly recommended, well done team!
Aydan was very helpful and professional. He does amazing job and does everything fast and yet very diligent and attentive to us as customers. Helped my wife, daughter, and myself during our visit and everything went very well, smooth, and fast. Thank you for an amazing service and Merry Christmas.
What a wonderful experience I had updating my glasses at Specsavers Altona Meadows. The store manager Ra, is lovely and she was so helpful, assisting me in choosing frames that suited my face. When collecting my glasses I was pleasantly surprised on how great they looked and how well they suited me, and I love the frames. Highly recommend this store and a big thank you to Ra for taking the time to help me choose glasses the fit and suit my face.
Had my eyes tested by the partner optometrist and requested my script to purchase glasses elsewhere. She gave me a incomplete script instead of one's for reading and when my new glasses arrived, I couldn't use them as the prescription was not complete. Lucky where I purchased them from allowed me 14 days to report it and have the correct script filled. I believe this was done on purpose as she said at the time I didn't require glasses for distance only for reading and she knew I was purchasing them elsewhere. Now I'll go elsewhere for the testing as well. They used to be such a good business when Salvatore was the owner.
Great service from Paula at Altona Meadows. Helped me choose two pairs of great looking glasses, really pleased with them. They fit perfectly. Will go back there again when I need more or a change of glasses.
I always go to Specsavers as they provide a wide range of services and are value for money. Needed new glasses and was served by Aydan who provided excellent customer service. He was knowledgeable about the product, acted in a professional manner and ensured that I was satisfied with the outcome.
Love my new glasses! Ayden was a great help. I went back in only hours later and bought another pair. Can't wait for my second set to arrive.
Aydan was fantastic from the get go. As I walked in he greeted me kindly, was attentive to my concerns and was able to assist me adjusting my glasses which were causing me to get headaches. He knew exactly where and how to adjust the frame to relieve the pressure. Highly recommend and will be using this Specsavers from now on.
I went into Specsavers Altona Meadows today and was greeted with a friendly smile by Paula. The arm on my sunglasses broke which were mulifocals I had purchased 5 years ago. Paula was so obliging and was able to replace the lenses into a new frame. Such wonderful service with a smile. It helped me out as I can’t afford to get another pair at stage. Thank you
Outstanding. I was served by Elizabeth at the Altona Meadows store. She was professional, friendly and repaired my glasses on the spot. I was expecting to pay for the service but to my surprise it was free. I’m not a local but I will definitely be going to a Specsavers store next time I need to have my eyes tested.
