I got my specs around 6 months ago from here and soon they had an issue with one of the screw getting loose again and again. I went to the store in Northland 2 times but they just tighten the screw and after a few days it was loose again, I went to this store and the gentleman who works there properly checked the issue and put some adhesive and changed the screw. I would like to thank him for fixing this issue with my specs and he is a great person. Sorry, I don’t know his name, he looks experienced and fit for the Job. Thank you Sir.
Amazing service! The optometrist was super sweet & the staff were super friendly! HUGE CONTRAST from the other optometrist on the other side of the plaza, definitely wouldn't recommend them... But I would 100% recommend Oscar Wylee! They're opposite Rebel Sport, was hard to find for the first time but after that you won't regret it at all! Been wearing glasses for more that 15 years, so I think you can trust me when I say Oscar Wylee Werribee is definitely the place to go for all your optometrist needs on this side of town. Also my glasses are so beautiful and stylish! Thank you for your amazing products and service!
I brought my mum to this store to choose some specs. She is visiting from South Africa and brought her script along knowing there would be a greater variety of choice. I had my two smallest kids with me. From the moment we entered the doors Tyne spoilt my 4 year old daughter with her time, creativity and chats. She gave her a colouring in book. Coloured in WITH my girl and spoke about her interests. I was able to engage with my mum as she narrowed down her frame choices. This experience made my mama heart SO happy! We were in store again yesterday to collect my mums specs. My daughter immediately ran up to Tyne to greet her and to ask if she could please colour in again Tyne was only too happy to oblige, and this time I had my older two with me as well. Tyne, thank you for treating my little person the same way you treated us! With so much kindness. She will never forget the special time you gave her and you are the reason we will be back!
Today I went in for an eye exam and to pick some new frames. I was greeted warmly and I received efficient and friendly service by all the staff. This is my first time using Oscar Wylee and I'm so glad I did. They have an excellent selection of glasses to try on and choose from, so if you are needed new glasses this is the place to go.
I had the best experience at Oscar Wylee, Pacific Werribee. When I arrived for my appointment I was greeted by Mary with a welcoming smile and a cheery disposition. She then took me through my pre-tests and was very kind. Maggie was the optimist that did my eye test and she was phenomenal - very gentle and caring. She made me feel very comfortable and relaxed during my test, I was very nervous at the beginning but that feeling left quickly after the test started. After choosing my frames, I’m so sorry I forgot her name but she was the other girl working with Mary, she helped me choose the extras for my lenses and was very helpful and thorough when showing me the options I had. I left feeling very confident in the frames and lenses I chose and just a little better than when I entered. They’re an amazing staff and I recommend Pacific Werribee branch to everyone that wears specs. Thank you for a lovely experience and I look forward to booking my next eye test with you guys soon :
Kenneth is a great guy. Very helpful and kind and explained things in an easy to understand way. Very grateful that we were served by him after having so many issues with staff at other Oscar Wylee stores. I highly recommend Kenneth and the Werribee Pacific store

Oscar Wylee Pacific Werribee Had an eye test for my 4yo daughter and the experience was great. The staff are very friendly and made great efforts to make my anxious 4yo comfortable. All in all a great experience.
So the staff were very lovely. I'm glad that I decided to go else where for my optometrist appointment. This time round because they actually picked up on the damage my eyes had from too much exposure from the sun. So thankful for that.
