Specksavers Cranbourne ,i have nothing but positive words and feedback,my husband had a hearing test by Daniel,he was so professional and explained every step of the process from the hearing test through to the results,and he's knowledge was second to none , Daniel was very patient and he's recommendations on what was best for our budget not to mention the best outcome for my husband was also second to none ,my husband has had he's hearing aids now for 3wks,he loves them and has realised how much he has been missing in conversations ,I also have noticed the difference they have made to my husband ,so much so that I have started the process for myself ,thank you so much Daniel and specksavers
Specsavers is a rip off cheap plastic frames that fall apart I purchased a number of glasses had a spare pair the current pair fell apart then the spare pair fell apart I’ve had issues with specsavers in the past over quality and service particully from the Doncaster store the owner is very rude and does care her only interest is ripping customers off Ringwood store has inexperienced staff that does not know how to treat customers
Went to the Fountain Gate store on the 4th of February, had my eyes tested and it was recommended that I buy a new pair of glasses. The lady that was pricing them said that I picked a pair that cost $199, the script for the glasses was $200. I then wanted transition added and she said it was another $100, so the total was $499. I was not offered the 25% off the frame, lenses and any extra options you choose like it stated on their website for anybody over 60. I am 76. I walked out of the store after she printed out my script and said your welcome to shop elsewhere.nnShop glasses from $149nBook a
DON'T GO TO NOOSA! OMG.nMy gp recently sent a referral to above requesting a specialised test and report. I called today to check they've received said referral. Ella advised me I have to make an appointment to see the optometrist to have the time allocated for someone to check they have the referral. When queried what happens if I'm sitting there and it turns out they don't have it. Well, if you want an intelligent response Ella is NOT capable of same, she refused to answer this basic question a 10 year old couldwith confidence. Her outright refusal to ask that someone check not necessarily right then and there, i couldn't get that far, she spoke over me at least 8 times they've received the referral was one thing, but then 2 more key stupidity validation statements followed. She reiterated, I have to drive into the store at a scheduled appointment time and sit there doing nothing while someone does a basic function that is, to check for the referral. When I tried to ask what happens if it turns out at said appointment that they don't have the referral she got VERY VERY AGRESSIVE, HOSTILE, RUDE, INAPPROPRIATE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. But looking at the appalling reviews online, it appears this is in fact the Gold standard for this brand.nI'm more than happy for head office to reach out to me so I can give them more information regarding this hostile and aggressive brand ambassador. She'll be there for life, this is as much as she's capable of, if not too much.
