After using Specsavers Marrickville Metro for more than 10 years and purchasing, at least 30 sets of glasses I find new owners who are rude and vile. When asked about getting free glare treatment for my order I was told no and if I don’t like it, don’t waste their time. She said I’m cancelling your order and walked away. I have been waiting for over 6 weeks for glasses that were promised in 2-3 weeks. I have received a message today from the store manager advising me that they will be another week. The manager is blaming the lab for the slow delivery. Can you confirm that the store has done everything correctly but your lab is not delivering product in the timeframe offered??
I just phoned and told “I want to talk to someone because I have some privacy related concerns”. The receptionist kept me on hold for ages and nobody answered at the end. The way they handle privacy information is absolutely shocking. Their staffs have no idea and should be trained.
My review is not to demote your glasses but as a critic to your new commercial. My first impression was an ignorant woman texting on her phone and breaking a valuable art piece then pretending she did nothing. I actually thought it was a phone commercial about walking while texting. Didn't realise it was for glasses at all till later. Just thought I would let you know.
Senior Optician Gurinda Sangha located at Brimbank Sunshine Branch has excellent technical skills and customer service.He diagnosed a clot I'm my eye and recommended me to go to the hospital providing me with the tests . l have just found out that I have to go to court over your mistake so if I lose my license again possible for 6mounths l will be taking legal action against you So if any body is doing the eye test for vic roads do not go to spec savers as it will cost you a lot money your license possibly your job go to someone that will not lie to you
Such as disappointed! I was try to contact customer services for the several time in this 3 weeks but no one give me back response even on Email/Phone/Voice SMS. This is such bad an experiences that I never wish to believed with this kind of big brand company. I have a bad experienced with the glasses that I bought. I paid for $439 for the 2 pairs for faulty glasses frame. I had speak to Store Manager's Sachin from Liverpool Store. He refused to take responsibility, and he repeatedly said 'According to their policy, there this NO REFUNDS'. Then he started getting rudely responsible over the occurred that I had asked him to fix. With this experiences 'Failing of professional Standard', I will definitely send my complaint to FAIR TRADING by following the Australia Consumer Right Act. Hope this can be shared to all of you. Just be aware before you purchase from this brand.

Good afternoon head office. I really hope you check the reviews. Recently l have had dealings with Mildura Spec Savers who were absolutely brilliant. Especially the consultant Steff. She not only spent time on the first consultation, but help rectify my issues without any hesitation. She was cheerful and approachable, and definitely a great representative for your company.
Buyer beware. I purchased a pair of glasses that did not suit their purpose on the advice of the staff. I not only waited weeks for the glasses to be ready, I returned within a few days with issues with the frames. I was told 'no returns'. I would have been out of pocket several hundred dollars to 'fix' the problem. My family and I have been purchasing glasses from Specsavers for years. The Sydney CBD Chifley store was a terrible representation of the brand. I certainly will not be returning!
