My new glasses I got from Specsavers one month old broke and while in Port Melb I went to their office and they replaced them for free under warranty, wait time 6 min !! WownMarie on the from dest could not be more helpful , amazing customer service !
Specsavers keeps sending me emails, and they always address me as “Dear ## AKA **.” I suspect that the person who entered my information initially recorded my first name as “first name AKA preferred name.” Doesn’t your system have an option for a “preferred name” or something similar? Why must the customer’s nickname be combined with the first name in the first name field?!

I purchased a pair of sun glasses in June 2023 at Specsavers Southland and found the lens kept popping out of the frame. Took them back to Specsavers Southland and was told two weeks to repair. Three weeks later no glasses so I rang the store asking for an update; they had no idea. Apparently there was a problem with the quality control and my glasses were going to be another 2 weeks. I asked the store manager 2 questions, 1. Where was the quality control when I originally purchased the glasses and 2. Where was the courtesy call to say there was going to be a huge delay. The manager could not answer either question. Finally got an SMS into the sixth week to pick up my glasses with no explanation or apology.
