Wouldn't recommend Taupo Spark business hub to anybody. Endless problems every time new phones or new lines are acquired, and when they changed us over to fiber. Accounts are send out incorrectly. Business accounts are sent to private persons with similar name. New S8 picked up yesterday not able to use as it is not registered on a network . Unable to sort issue as can not get a hold of our local business hub. Tried ringing 126 - unable to assist with this issue - extremely  disappointed yet again!
