We come in to look at a bed to purchase and we were there at least 10 to 15 minutes in the bed section and no one come over to help at all, We then walked over by the counter were 3 of the employee's we're chatting and giggling and then we were just stared at. There was no can we help you or anything, so we decided to leave straight away. We felt very judged as we had just finished some work on the farm so we wernt in the nicest clothing. We then went up to Beds r us and lady in there was amazing and so helpful.
They were great... popped in to buy an item which they gladly price matched with another retailer..
Lovely homeware and furniture. Not one staff member approached me. They did other customers but I must have been invisible. Wasn't busy so no excuses
Good service, good quality products, although I found they weren't really trying to help us find the right item. We told our budget but they kept pushing for the more expensive range, just to make a better sale. Surely great if you have some money to spend.
Kerry was the assistant. She went out of her way to help us, always smiling, friendly and polite. All the team members there are friendly and not pushy! Love this store. Highly recommend Smith City Taupo
