Rang this morning with my HP pavilion not charging and they said bring it in and we will take a look while you wait. I drove from Turangi & within minutes of meeting on the counter a new Charger got it up and going. On starting it up it was suggested it was a bit slow & could do with an upgrade to SDD which I agreed and was done over a couple of hrs. Picked it up and I’m very happy with the quick friendly and great tech support given. I’d have no hesitation in recommending Tech Central Taupo to anyone with tech gremlins thanks Guys. Had a painful week trying to do a factory reset on my mobile phone. Tech Central got it sorted quickly, phone is working great now. The cost was well worth the final outcome

I would have been buggered if we didn't have these guys in town.  Awesome service every time!

For months I've thought my phone charging port was broken and needed to be replaced as it was  loose wobbly and wouldn't work at times. So anyway I took it in at tech central toupo and after about 5-10 minutes I was walking out with a perfectly working phone. And completely free of charge $$ The guy at the desk said he could try cleaning it first Before making me pay for a whole new port. And sending it off. I was doubtful at first l thinking it wasnt going to work. but  he cleaned it up and gave it bk to me perfectly working  I just wish I could have tipped him atleast for the excellent service... If only had cash on me

I have dealt here for a longtime and have found them to be a great team very helpful and pleasant. They have everything you can imagine here. I have had a couple of faulty products over the years and Grant replaced them no problems. Highly recommended...
