This is the only Noel Leeming store in Taupo and has great shopping experience as rest of the store nation wide. The staff is friendly and helpful and has all the electronic gadgets, accessories and household items you need. We stopped here on Boxing day and it was really good experience. We were in and out of the shop in 10 minutes. We got we wanted and it was done so fast.

I would rate this retailer higher, except they did not want to deal with Microsoft support on my behalf. I can understand why, M/S support is incredibly poor. I mean non existent. Try & avoid m/s.

Rang the 0800 number for help with the purchase I made at the weekend. Waited for 10 minutes. I have the Store, make model serial number and the approx time of visit. She cannot help. Go away and get receipt. Noel Leeming does not keep records of the Make and Models and Serial Numbers of the computers it sells. I ask if I can be put through to the store. Yes she says. I have been waiting for another 10 minutes and seem to be back on the "we are experiencing high call volumes" message. Right back at the bottom of the service barrell. Wonder how you will get on next time Fair Go does a poll. 23 Minutes and counting...... So just an update. I have rung again. It only took 8 minutes and they did put me through to the store. Yippee! Only to find out that the computer I cannot log into is not new but second had and the new computer we needed today might be replaced tomorrow or possibly Wednesday. Couriers are tight at this time of day. If only we had called earlier. HA! Yeah Right. Big thumbs Down. If we want that sort of delay we would shop online.

We were served by the worst kind of salesman, who continually misled us. Firstly when we called for a particular item we were told that there was two in store. When we arrived we find they hard only floor stock. The salesman told us that no one had touched it and it was as good as coming straight out of the packaging. How he would have known this I cant tell. We asked to look at it and was chipped and had fingerprints all over the touch screen. It continued in like this...we ended up in the Noel Leeming store in Rotorua where we got decent service.
