Thanks Josh  we had a awesome whanau raft/camping trip, sleeping bag and self inflatable mattress were invaluable.

Went hunting for a cycling jacket with my wife. Young staff guy "helping" us couldn't have been less interested in what we wanted, knew little about the stock and seemed relieved when we moved on. Terrible customer service.

purchased a merino top yesterday.  was too big, came back to change today. they didn't have my size, Jordy knew that an offered ro get one from the TFC and send to my home addy. Absolutely FAB service and friendly staff... will defo shop there again...and loved Archie

They had the item I was looking for but not in the size required. I wasn't going to purchase today anyway - I was just wanting to see the item and check the length. Staff member was great, asked if I needed help, showed me alternatives and looked up sizes available.

My bicycle brakes were not working . George fix it within 5 minutes. Thanks george for excellent service.
