We have been a good paying client, have taken several computers in for fixing over the past year. The last time I took a pc in they told me "the problem you bought it in for has been fixed" which seemed like a strange thing to say. Upon receipt of the pc and plugging it in, the internet was not working. I am sure they would have known this. Also a previous time I was told my pc had been fixed, but it was not, the very same problem was there, $150 dollars later. Not impressed.
