Found the staff very rude and management extremely inflexible for returns. I purchased two skirts and the girl packed two of the same skirt in different sizes rather than the two I wanted. When i went to return one of them or even just swap it out for the one I actually wanted they refused to because I was outside the 7 days.Tags on and everything, skip the pagani in Taupo and go to another one.
