I have had an MRI and a CT guided epidural at SCMI Bundoora. On both occasions, the reception and medical staff have been very courteous, efficient and caring. During each procedure, the doctor and the radiologist clearly explained what was occurring before and after both procedures. After the epidural I was check on three times during the hour I stayed to ensure I was OK - my husband was able to sit with me. Thank you to all staff.
I arrived at approximately 9.30 this morning being 29/11/22. The girl I spoke with asked if I had an appt. to which I replied no but doctor was hoping I might be able to get one today. The girl was polite & more than helpful by saying if you don't mind waiting a little while we can do xray today. I took a seat & was very surprised to be called in within 5 - 10 minutes. Great service
I had a cortisone injection into my left hip today, It was explained by Mia,as to what happens today and following on in the coming week. Dr Choo did the injection and was very gentle. The girls on the front desk were cheerful and helpful. Overall my experience and past experiences have always very professional.
I had , 12 weeks pregnancy scan today , and the ultrasound tech was extremely rude and inefficient . He didn’t talk to at all , all he said to me was if I had NIPT test done like for 100 times and that made me worry. I had my 4 year old daughter with me , she was just counting numbers very quietly and sitting down . He told her to keep quiet 10 times . My daughter was just moving tiny bit on a chair and he asked her jot to move . Overall he didn’t seem like he had any idea about gestational ultrasound . I am just worried about my results and having to pay 200 dollars again. Then I went to the reception Nd she was just as rude . I went back to this place after I had 6 week scan and it went well with the female tech. If I had a option to give _100 I would,,,,
Excellent service from start to end. All four staff members that we dealt with were wonderful. They were effective, very professional and most of all happy.
Absolutely atrocious. I was given incorrect information by multiple members of staff that led to me getting an MRI in a machine not covered by Medicare. Their misinformation cost me a lot of money that wouldn't have otherwise been spent, and when I called to enquire why I wasn't able to claim, the manager preceded to blame myself and stated it was my fault. I wouldn't recommend anyone getting their MRI done there.
Even though the experience was ok in itself , I would prefer to be asked on a breast ultrasound if I’d like a female to do it . They assigned me a male and on questioning this I was told it is up to me to specify when I make the appointment. I waited in the end for a female to be available. As a breast cancer patient , I would think this would be a no brainer
The receptionist with long brown curly hair is very unprofessional and unfriendly. The 2 stars is because the blonde lady was friendly, and the waiting room was neat and tidy.
I was greeted warmly and professionally.I did not have an appointment,but was offered one as soon as a cancellation created one.
