Went here today and asked the 2 ladies, Amy and Maddy, on the reception about the change in staff. I have seen mention of rude staff in the comments, and I must say I never had a problem with Megan. She knew me and when I walked in she would say hi and to take a seat. Anyway that is just me and how others saw her I can't comment on as it seems many had the same problem. I see Dr Javed, who is very understanding and the best Dr. I have had in years. Amy and Maddie and the lady, who takes blood, are lovely.

Dr Javed is fantastic and the reception and nursing staff are lovely and go out of their way to help. Thank you for a great service at no cost.

I've only once had an issue with waiting time for booked appointment. There was only one doctor on and the wait was close to an hour. My partner did try to pop in quickly for a script a couple of days ago but was turned away even though there was only one other person sitting in the waiting room. Apparently the doctor requested no walk ins. Older receptionist I think gets some unfair press. She doesn't smile much but if you engage her in conversation and treat her like a human being she is fine. Two of the doctors here are good, the other not so much. Overall I am happy to continue with them.

Awful treatment from reception staff. Would not recommend this clinic at all just for the reception staff alone. Absolutely apalled. One lady in particular should be sacked on the spot. The other girls have potential to learn some basic human compassion although let's hope they learn it quickly. It may be a free clinic but there are MANY BETTER options available.
