I had an excellent experience with Dr Tin Nguyen - he is an extremely thorough, compassionate and knowledgeable gastroenterologist, and the procedure ran very smoothly under his direction. Dr Tin Nguyen also provided me with a hardcopy report of his findings with photos which he meticulously explained after the procedure, and he made sure that I had every opportunity to ask questions and seek clarification on his findings. Dr Tin Nguyen also made sure that I would receive the necessary follow-up aftercare, and I was very grateful to be under the care of such an extremely competent and experienced gastroenterologist with my best interests at heart. I highly recommend Dr Tin Nguyen and GastroNorth.
I saw Dr Kashkooli a number of times and I want to thank you for being the only Gastroenterlogist in 23 years to actually give me some answers, to follow up on my history and actually listen to me. You have been absolutely amazing, very professional, compassionate, thorough and understanding. I would highly recommend you to anyone who needed help. Thank you also to Dr Joshua Butt who I saw for my last procedure and was also fantastic. The last few months there has been many phone calls, emails, appointments booked and procedures and throughout the whole process the lovely ladies running the show have been helpful and friendly, they always responded to my messages or emails promptly and with professionalism. Highly recommend GastroNorth.
