Really disappointed to be scoffed at by the receptionist when asking questions re: posture rehab. I was unsure of how a physiotherapist works due to never having experienced one previously and was made to feel stupid instantly whilst on the phone. After telling the receptionist I had no previous experience and asking which physio would be best for me - her response was “all are proficient”. This did not make me feel comfortable that I’d been listened to with regards to my issues nor that she would be booking me with the appropriate physio. It’s daunting trying a new method to help yourself and it doesn’t need to be met by such blatent rudeness and disregard for others feelings. I hope she was just having a bad day and this isn’t how she regularly treats clients.
