This was my second MRI with I-MED Radiology at Bundoora. I have also been to other branches for other testing. Everything at Bundoora was clean and the staff were efficient and friendly. The staff attached to the MRI unit were great which was welcoming and they engendered confidence. They had a new MRI machine which was faster and quieter than the previous model. It was a good experience compared to some of the larger, impersonal places. My images arrived in my in box the following day.
I had a wonderful experience during my ultrasound today, thanks to Lauren. She was highly professional, confident, and incredibly friendly, which made me feel comfortable and well cared for throughout the process. Her warm approach and clear communication truly stood out. I genuinely wish everyone could receive the same level of service she provides. Thank you, Lauren, for making such a positive difference.
Absolutely appalling experience here. The reception is incredibly rude, abrupt, and condescending. No bulk billing for procedures that usually would be. An absolute rip off and you’re treated like the bad guy when pointing out their awful attitude. I’m not going to be emailing your customer service, as I see you reply to everyone else here that way. I recently had an ultrasound at I-MED Radiology after experiencing some disappointing scan appointments elsewhere. Choosing I-MED was definitely the right decision. From the reception staff through to the sonographer, the entire team was welcoming, professional, and very knowledgeable. The experience was completely different from what we’d had before, and we left feeling genuinely reassured and very happy with the service. Highly recommend.
I attended I-Med Radiology Bundoora today and had an excellent experience. From the reception staff to the radiographers, particularly Karen and Lauren, everyone was very pleasant and supportive. Thank you all. Highly recommended.
