Dr Rashid is the best GP we have had for our family over many years.  I see a few comments about wait times, but this comes from a growing population in the area and the fact that so many want to use this service.

It is splashed all over their website that they are there for the Polaris community, however a young child with a concerning chest sounds like an infection who has moved to the Polaris area cannot get an appointment even with a negative Covid test result because "these are their rules". I was told to go back to the last place I went with the child as it is their duty of care, I advised that it is far away out of town. And they said sorry they cannot assist, so they have no duty of care for the community they say they are here to assist yet they have over 10 appointments available on the same day. It is not even that they were booked out. They are doctors who seem to have forgotten that there are other illnesses other than Covid and when a patient has done the "right thing" by getting tested first they are comfortable saying drive 2+ hours away because it is inconvenient for them and not their duty of care. A suggestion could be to perform rapid tests at the door if you don't believe patients, Covid is not a new thing put in place better practices to genuinely help the community. Instead of leaving people new to the area stranded.

I had such a great experience at this clinic. The staff and doctors were friendly and caring. I visited this clinic for the first time and saw Dr Rasheed. It’s nice to have a doctor that cares about you and I would highly recommend him. When you’re not feeling well, it’s nice to be at a clinic that doesn’t treat you like a number. I’m so happy to have found a local clinic that has great doctors that work for me!

Dr rasheed is the best doctor ive ever come across in melbourne. I visited the medical centre for my bub’s vaccination & was over conscious because of many reasons: a he is my first baby b i had no experience of kids’ vaccinations i.e how it goes c had so many questions reg my bub’s health as he is premie d was afraid brcause of covid. Im glad that i visited this medical centre & got vaccination done by Dr rasheed. He answered all my queries, cleared all doubts & was very kind while vaccinating my baby. I will visit him again & will recoomend him.

We had Doctor Rasheed attend our son at home as an after-hours doctor-on-call. As first-time parents he was very re-assuring, allayed our fears and organised followup-with our family doctor.  Imagine our pleasure when he opened a clinic close by and our usual GP, Dr Phillip joined the practice too. Two great caring GP's at the same location. Recommend them both to all. Oh and reception is pretty cool too.

They have a policy to not accept new patients. Give it a try to call and make an appointment they ask have you been here before once you say NO thay say no appointments available.

There was no waiting time for me even during the middle of the day and DR. Rasheed took his time to explain everything in detail which I felt very much valued and looked after ! :. As a student near by I was able to access some benefits I didn’t know I had before so I would definitely love to switch to this clinic and make it my first choice. Thank you very much :D

My employer required a referral to a specialist to get a report confirming I was mentally sound after a car accident, and I saw Dr. Rasheed to get this. However, he wouldn't write it without first requiring me to do some unnecessary blood tests. I also asked for a renewal of the brand of contraceptive pill that I've been on for 10 years, but for some reason he thought it better to change me to a different brand that has been briefly banned in France and has never been approved in the USA, due to dangers associated with blood clots. I threw his prescription and blood test referrals in the bin. Waste of time, I would've been better off going to a bulk billing doctor who actually listens and doesn't cost so much.

Dr Rasheed gave me a very thorough diagnosis, and took the time to clearly communicate what's going in with my body, why, and what I can do about it. He's a passionate medical professional and an excellent communicator. On those grounds, I recommend him to others.

The reception staff unprofessional and rude. Also, they lie. When you call to take an appointment they says nothing available while you can book it online! How is that?
