Have been there multiple times for medication and vaccination as well. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff. Pharmacists are lovely, super kind and helpful. The jab I had was the easiest in my entire life, very professional and skilled pharmacists. Highly recommend this pharmacy

When I went the staff were polite, professional and very helpful at finding the right medication for me, discussing all my possible options. The store is clean and well kept. Definitely recommended over other pharmacies in the area.

I live nearby and I use pharmacy 777 South Perth, but they disappointed me a lot,  because they wrote me a letter saying that I have an unpaid bill for a drug that insurance  did not want to accept from beginning of last year, so they sent me that is triple the amount to pay this year. I never received a notification that I owed them and then I saw that they wait 120 days to send that bill because after that date they charge triple. First I paid the ‘penalty’ and then when I saw what I paid for I complained , but they told me that they would contact me tomorrow by his supervisor. Two months have passed since 'tomorrow' and I haven’t received any phone call.

Went there last Saturday and waited 20 mins to see pharmacist Had to walk out.Went this sat again one hour wait to get 3 Scripts. grossly understaffed but blamed everyone else. Products are severely overpriced. Bring back Rodger Corbett from Woolies to smash this Pharmacy monopoly.

Staff were very rude and without patience today.  As a regular it discomforts me knowing the staff differ so much.nnI overheard them refuse a small girl with a bladder issue the use of their toilet. She was clean, although unwell hence being there.nnThe mother was understandably upset that her daughter was refused the toilet and referred to the prescription as evidence of needing to use the toilet.nnI too would have felt exceptionally insulted had I been asked to attend a Red Rooster toilet instead of the use of their own. Additionally, it would have taken them a few minutes to get across through the traffic. A small child with a bladder infection, expected in discomfort, to walk some hundred metres to a toilet that is not a public toilet is fairly condescending, inconvenient and cruel.nnHonestly, the staff are very hit and miss here with regards being polite. Todays staff appeared to be very nonchalant and without remorse.nnIn this instant, I believe making an exception would have been warranted.nnI will use another Chemist in future, as this was hard to watch.
