Thank you for being professional, trustworthy, compassionate and so easy to deal with. I called Robert and his team after a nightmare situation with another funeral director. I was very upset and distraught over the service i received from this other company. Robert talked me through it and told me that he could come right away to pick up my loved one. Once he arrived, i knew i had made the right decision to transfer my loved one to Roberts care. I can't thank you enough for everything you have done for me and my family. I would not hesitate to recommend you and your team. Thanks again for turning a bad experience into a good one.

On behalf of our family,we would like to express our sincerest gratitude & appreciation to Robert J & all the team @ SAFS.  Thank you for making this experience of us losing our loved one a stress-free,hassle-free & deeply memorable experience.  We were so impressed by the level of Professionalism,your compassion,understanding & great consideration on all aspects you bestowed to our family during & after a very difficult time. Everything was perfect both here in NZ until the repatriate back home to the islands. Thanks again Robert J  & the team @ SAFS ,we are so greatful for your service and we Highly Recommend you to all our friends & family as we know they will be in such great hands.
