I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone.  There was no air conditioning throughout the entire place except the office area where the staff sit.  The room where they place the deceased had no windows and that particular day was so hot it felt like they had heaters on, it was horrible.  They had fans on that were basically just circling the hot air around.  The place was untidy and not nice at all sorry to say.  One positive is that you and your family are able to come in and out and there is a fair amount of space for everyone to sit, but in saying that anyone could of walked in off the street!  Can’t comment on pricing or dealings with the staff as that wasn’t my responsibility. The blankets they had used to cover the body were just scrunched up and thrown in the corner of the room 😡.  Not good at all!!

I would not even give this company 1 star. Do not bring your loved one here. This company is dishonest, unprofessional and the premises is apalling. Their lead in package includes a casket that the average person cannot fit in, which is their cunning way to upsell. They put me under alot of unecessary stress and tried to rip me off! I was quoted more than double the price but once i sought legal advice, the price dropped. I regret calling these people but learnt a very valuable lesson.
