I went to funeral on Thursday and the funeral director was the rudest person I have meet. Yelling at people to move so he could add a chair. 1 guy arrived in mobility scooter and he had a go at him and told him he couldn't come in . You funeral home is loverly just a shame your staff don't live up to standard. Would not recommend to others.
Dear Swee and Staff We cannot Thankyou enough. The family were more than happy with every single aspect of Peters funeral. We felt confident and totally involved we were listened to. So many people sang your praises. Alice our celebrant was amazing. People commented even on how nice the catering was. All handled professionally but very intimate and caring. Several family members commented how easy it was to talk to you and how the empathy shown by yourself and staff was exemplary. Kindest regards Linda Stopforth
The only way i could post was to highlight a star but the truth is I wld give zero stars! Terrible experience with many aspects of service, one particularly horrible male staff member the experience has been trumatising still to this day. I would never recomend Davis Furneral Services Pakuranga to anyone, ever.
Beautiful venue, awesome staff, thank you Swee, you and your team did a wonderful job helping us farewell our loved Dad.
Absolutely beautiful ceremony with amazing staff who were very pleasant to be around and deal with. They went above and beyond for the family.
