Fully Recommend the team at Ese Tatupu. You will be well looked after, the team is always getting on top of things. Always having a positive attitude & answering all our questions. Thankful & Grateful they made my Nana’s week beautiful, from the first day we called them right up to the last day of her burial. Running everything smoothly and not rushing anything. Ese Tatupu Funeral Director assisted our family with our dearly loved father and Pa's last day on Earth in June 2022. Both Vanessa and Luana were very professional, listening to all our queries allowing us to make dad's day stress free. We made use of the Chapel and hall available on the premises. Also the "Livestream" services is recommended so family/friends overseas can participate in your loved ones day. We as a family were exceptionally happy to have used the services of Ese Tatupu Funeral Directors. A great family business who delivered over and above our expectations. Thank you to the Ese Tatupu team especially Luana & Ese himself for accommodating my family and I during one of our toughest days. Not only were we in a Level 4 lockdown, they went above and beyond to give my sister the best possible Lockdown funeral service. They assisted us in the best way possible and being Pacific Islanders obeying lockdown rules was the hardest part but they guided us the entire way through. This is a heartbreaking industry, but it is heartwarming when Ese or his team guide you through the process, with care and love. Seriously the "BEST" Funeral home and directors in New ZealandNot even exaggerating My mum passed away Monday afternoon, I called Ese straight away if he had space for her and he was very comforting and made everything super easy and smooth. They liaised with Auckland Hospital for Mums pick upwhich was a day late because she was a tissue donor and got in contact with us to discuss Mums last services. We let him know what we wanted and Ese was understanding and met all our needs and requests in result of that we were able to give my mum the best send off. It was the personal touches that made their services extra special and excellent. I couldn't recommend them enough! if you want a service who will serve with excellence use Ese Tatupu and his Team.
Ese made a point of being available right from the start, taking my initial phone call at 9:30pm on a Friday night. From there he and his wonderful team made a potentially stressful situation really easy. Ese is highly respectful of cultures and beliefs and is extremely knowledgeable of the entire funeral process. Moreover, he is more than willing to share his knowledge if you require it. He put the process and our needs before everything, even suggesting we settle the invoice after the burial was over.
