Many people speak very highly of Sam and the funeral home, however our experience was terrible. The support staff in the office staff were good and the hurst driver was amazing. But Sam rushed us through some very important decisions that were needing to be made, was dishonest about why there was a change in funeral directors at the last minute and prioritised a larger funeral over that of my fathers. We would have understood, if just advised prior that he was busy and someone else would need to direct the funeral, however it wasn’t until the service pamphlets were sent through that we realised that Sam wasn’t directing as previously discussed. We were still charged for his full services despite him not actually have a role in the funeral. When this was queried, he advised that this was a standard cost. Our experience with Sam was not pleasant and he made a difficult time that much harder for us.
Thank you for looking after my dad. He was so perfect when we viewed him. We are very grateful for the professionalism of care you have shown. Definitely highly recommended. Pele family.
Can't see live streaming of funerals or even the picture of deceased in Social Media. We can see Fiji funerals very well. Today, I wanted to see James Madhavan' funeral but can't.
My sincerely thanks to the entire team at Ann’s Funeral Home, especially Mr Sam Achary for his great help and support during our mum’s funeral. Difficult times does comes in life and no matter how hard you brace for it, it brings total devastation to the family when it comes. Our case was no different and we are so grateful to My Achary and his team for guiding us out of the dark tunnel during this hard moment. They managed every aspect of the process from start to end so smoothly and professionally. Great facility, world class team and service, very kind and compassionate, Ann’s Funeral Home is a true assert to the community.

The team at Ann’s Funeral Home, led by Mr Sam Achary, provided the most fantastic service during a difficult time. They guided us every step of the way, were compassionate and kind, and perfect arrangements with every detail covered. They worked fast and efficiently but The email I received after completing the process with this company was incredible inappropriate, dark references and morbid analogies about death. It Made me cry, it was not what i needed in this time.
