Snap Fitness in Castle Hill is by far one of the best gyms I have visited. The customer service is unparalleled as the staff are always friendly and willing to help, not only with fitness related matters but also with just general matters. The equipment is always clean and I also find the gym to be less crowded than all others I have visited around the area. 100% recommend this gym.

Great gym with awesome facilities and equipment. Friendly staff always willing to help with any questions on hand. Ample parking on site and very convenient location. Thoroughly enjoy working out here :)

A great gym with incredible facilities and an amazing environment to work out. Staff are very friendly and helpful as well. I enjoy getting my gains here.

Don't believe in the 5* reviews, they are all paid ones or the staff put them up. This is a terrible place, seriously wondering how Snap Fitness allows them to keep it open under the brand. Serious accident is just waiting to happen, because they don't fix broken equipments, the padding on exercise machines is worn to the level of irritating your skin, weights have lost their labels, mats are dirty, etc. I'm a member for about 2 years now, but seriously considering to move to Anytime Fitness, just around the corner.

I've been to this gym for a couple of months and the staff are always friendly. The club is clean and conveniently situated next to Castle Towers Shopping Centre. I highly recommend if you are looking to sign up .
