We joined New Beginnings 3 years ago as new comers to Sydney - It quickly became our new home the NB community embraced us like we were family. New Beginnings coaches get you to step out of your comfort zone every single session - at 51 years old, I am doing things I have never ever done. I am inspired everyday by the community at NB they don't care what you look like, how old you are BUT they care that you give your 100% and you show up - I gained strength, agility, mobility and an extended family

Awesome and knowledgable coaches, great atmosphere and fantastic people! Being not the fittest bloke I sometimes gruel working out but everyone is so motivating and friendly here that it can make the worst days not so bad. Been here for only 3 weeks and I'm already seeing great results!

I have a sports background and find the isolated nature of training in a conventional gym to be challenging as I really enjoy the “team” aspect of exercise. New beginning performance is the perfect environment for me to get the physical and mental benefits of exercise, whilst also experiencing the social aspects of working out in a team environment. The coaches are extremely professional and supportive in assisting you to reach your personal fitness goals, whatever they may be. Working out in a team environment also brings a tremendous sense of community, where everyone is extremely supportive of each other and makes coming to the gym a really positive and fun experience.

Best decision I ever made was starting at New Beginning Performance. My fitness has improved, loss body fat, gain some badly needed core strength which has helped my lower back. I love the energy Matt and the other coaches brings to the classes each day and they always make sure you're doing each task correctly and supporting and encouraging to do your best. A different workout each day so it's never boring plus a great group of people to workout with while encouraging each other and having fun while working hard. Highly recommend giving this gym a try and make some friends while working out.

An amazing environment! Very welcoming and it feels like a place you belong even if its only the 3rd time you have been there. The workouts are fun and with the supportive community - you will find you are kicking goals large and small in no time. The trainers knowledge when it comes to food and their assistance with finding balance between your lifestyle, your picky eating habits and healthy eating is the best I have come across. It actually works!!
