Active mum is a positive, supportive, knowledgeable and inspiring team of female trainees who make you feel welcome and part of the Active Mum family. The fact that you can bring your children with you is a bonus and they will often be found trying or the activities or "helping" you with yours. Classes are fun and I am so glad to have found such an amazing place to exercise. I've been going there for just over 3 years and couldn't be happier with my fitness journey!

I've been going to Active Mum for 2.5 years and love it. It really is unique in offering a safe, supportive and fun environment to exercise with or without kids before, during and after pregnancy. It's a great community of women committed to health but also always up for a laugh. I've made wonderful friends and I've never been fitter in my life! Highly recommend!

Joined when I was pregnant and felt instantly like I was part of the family. Got me fit and helped me stay that way throughout my pregnancy with tailored and specific classes. When I came back after having bub I was welcomed with open arms and again the trainers adjust all classes and exercises to fit your needs. Such a caring and supporting community that it doesn't feel like a chore to workout. I go because I want to, not because I feel like I have to. Also love being able to bring bub and not feel like she is a nuisance and annoyance. Would recommend to anyone regardless of your fitness level. You will feel like you are just hanging out with some friends.

I joined Active Mum in January 2016 and couldn't recommend it highly enough. I'm able to workout with my kids and meet so many like minded mums. I became a trainer at Active Mum in January 2017 and the members are so inspiring and hard working. As a member who is now a Trainer I feel that if you're a new mum, a mum of multiple kids, a mum with grown up kids, a grandmother, an Aunty, a sister....a women, Active Mum can help you reach your fitness and weight loss goals 💗

It's a great place for mums and mums-to-be of all shapes and sizes, to come and get a great work out (with or without the kids) and know that they're being supported every step of the way. The instructors are incredibly supportive and excited to help you reach your goals. Their happy nature is infectious and you leave feeling energised and ready to face the day. I would definitely recommend giving it a go. Come with your baby or alone, you won't regret it.
