Black Flag Barbell Club is an awesome supportive community. It's suitable for both beginners and experienced lifters. I've been a competitive lifter for a number of years now but I'm always learning new things from the experienced coaches at Black Flag who are both allied health professionals. I've also been recovering from hip surgery as a result of my ballet days and there can be a tendency to get a bit down in the dumps when you're rehabbing but being a part of this awesome community has allowed me to rehab in a positive frame of mind with expert guidance. It's allowed me to break down and rebuild my form to something that will allow me to move past the plateaus I've experienced. Thank you Black Flag Barbell Club! Best equipment in the Hills with even better coaches!!!

Supportive and friendly atmosphere, attentive and experienced coaches, great variety of equipment and complementary programming and coaching. You will not find a better combination or feel as valued anywhere else! I've learned more in my first few months at black flag than i have in 4 years prior experience. Safe to say im moving better and feeling stronger than ever! Cheers Chris and Vince!

Worked out on and off for nearly 10 years and I don't feel like I even knew how to use my body as a unit, let alone, how to lift a weight before I began training here. Tight atmosphere on top. Can't speak highly enough.
