Customer service so bad ( Shane) . Did not take new member around the place and show us how to use all the equipment. He was really nice when before you sign up. after that even he does not want to talk to us as we try to talk to him.  so so disappointed. The place look great but not.

Been going here for years.  They just got a whole bunch of new equipment so we've been doing a lot more functional training.  Really friendly staff and people.  Spoke with alen whenever I needed to change stuff with my membership and never had any hassles.  Great gym. Would recommend to anyone.
