This place is the best. Friendly staff, organised weights and racks and updated gym equipment. It’s worth the difference over Derrimut by a mile just for the organisation alone.   Great vibe and atmosphere and customers actually put their weights back after they are done.  This review comes from long term experience. The causal visits are great.

Friendly staff & friendly crew. Downside is aged/old equipment & slow to update. Fans don't work half the time & expensive membership which after 10yrs has made me double think things. Why? New signage rather than new equipment or proper air movement...the new recruitment drive has made things busy too! Priorities are all off.nThe garage door being open helps with air movement but there's a skip bin right outside that sends smells right inside.nForces long term members to seek options with better value & facilities. Sad to leave :

Great gym for casuals in the area. The fact that it's always staffed and has cleaning bottles always topped up is a good sign. Probably the best gym in the south east.

Great atmosphere! Super friendly staff! Offers protein smoothies, coffees and meals. Don’t have to wait for equipment

I've been attending Doherty's Gym in Dandenong for over 10 years and I love it. It's convenient as it's close to my workplace. The addition of new equipment earlier this year has made training a better experience and the staff are always friendly and great to chat to.
