Review: Genesis Health and Fitness DandenongnnI had the worst experience with Genesis Health and Fitness Dandenong, and I would never recommend this gym to anyone. I canceled my membership on November 19, 2024, due to outdated equipment and overpriced facilities. Per the notice period, my last date to use the gym was December 20, 2024. However, my account continued to be debited for four consecutive weeks after the cancellation date.nnI contacted the management over the phone multiple times, and despite being assured after the third week that my cancellation was processed and I would be refunded within 10 business days, my account was debited again on January 15, 2025. This forced me to visit the facility in person to express my frustration and demand answers.nnThe lack of professionalism and accountability is appalling. Even after several calls and promises, I am yet to receive my refund. For a gym that charges premium rates, their service and management are shockingly poor.nnSave your money and avoid the hassle—there are far better gyms with modern facilities at much lower costs in the area. Genesis Dandenong is not worth the frustration.

New equipments.neveryone is so respectful provides every equipments you need for your gym sessions.nnRant she’s very active staff member and being respectful/ helpful and responsible I really appreciate that.nEvery staff member has its own kinda of sweetness/smile all i can say is this gym is like my 2nd home thank you wish you all the best Genesis gym and to members.
I absolutely love this gym! The facilities are top-notch. The staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to assist, making it feel like a welcoming community. I love to be here and my Pilates trainer Kate she’s a fantastic human being , always keeps motivated.The energy here is always motivating, and I always leave feeling stronger and more focused. Highly recommend to join Genesis.
They have canceled the group fitness classes without any communication to the members. It’s a broken trust and poor communication. The receptionists are rude and they always saying excuses when you raise issues. Please don’t waste your time and money and join somewhere else. This place and people are dodgy. Not begin with old machines and lack of facilities.
Dude, this gym's amazing! The staff are always so sweet and helpful. I saw them putting in a new cable machine a few weeks ago, even when it was super hot. I've been to tons of gyms, but this level of dedication from the staff is rare.
