Really good place for working out as the vibes makes you sweat more . Staff is excellent always motivating you to be your best version and also keep a check on your form .

whats not to love about having my own personal trainer in a studio with music, great trainers, and intense session that allows you to push yourself. Ham & Josh have nailed this!

Did my first session at F45 dandenong last night great atmosphere and the team running Josh and Hamlet are very accomodating and make a great family environment where everyone gets to know eachother.

Yes its hard but im looking forward to my results in 10 weeks or so with how sore i am today!

Update: After 4 weeks of F45 training with Josh and Hamlet they have pushed me to push myself and i have noticed a big change in my body already. Even though its high intensity circuit training i am putting on muscle and also toning those love handles. I started at 84kg and i droped to 79.6kg but then i started putting on some muscle and went back to 81kg. Im now changing to the f45 recommended meals to try and trim as much fat as i can to get down to 75kg and be fitter and stronger than ever.
