Being a competitive bench presser for the past 15+ years and a remedial therapist myself for over 12, I know what my body needs in terms of treatment are, and so does Dan. Being a lifter & coach himself gives him a unique insight into how the body works and what it needs to keep moving forward. I’ve also sent my fair share of clients Dan’s way for training purposes and always received great reviews from them, he’s a top guy too which is always a bonus

I would highly recommend Remap Performance Gym.  The atmosphere is fantastic for a intense work out and Daniel's expertise in the field of training is fantastic.  I have been to other gyms and had personal trainers however Daniel's approach has really helped my technique and I find I get more out of my training now.  I have had back problems and he has also helped me using massage and myotherapy.  Highly recommended.

Excellent treatment. I had immediate pain relief and was provided with easy and practical tips to help prevent future injury.

Will definitely be going back for more treatments.

Awesome friendly bloke that provides a great service and gets results, Dan gave me remedial massage and loosened up my shoulders and neck and feel so much better now. Highly recommend anyone going to him
