This place is a absolute hole too many parents have there kids running around kicking footballs up against the wall and playing with the equipment.the equipment is never maintained. The trainers do not put any effort into training there clients they would rather play on my phone. There is absolutely no good vibe in this place stay away from it. It's hard to get motivated when you're in this joint.id rather go the the one in craigiburn, good vibes , good people and they trainers actually want to help. DO NOT GO TO EPPING

If you have self respect, dont bother going to this gym. They call you to visit the place and dont even bother entertaining your query. Manager has no people skills/ customer service skills.I went there to join the gym but had worst ever customer service experience and told the manager on the face that it's his attitude that stopped me from joining the gym . There was another employee of gym alongside and he realised bad behaviour too but could not help much.They lost a sure customer today and if they continue like this, they will be out of business soon.

I love this place, i train 3-4 times a week no hassles from anyone, Paul is an excellent trainer, very affordable for personal training. If you go into the gym with a hothead dont expect much in terms of friendliness, no one will take your crap, ive been coming here for 10 months payments are easy surely not the biggest gym, but the gym isnt full of overgrown roid users like other gyms.

The best I have come across even by SNAP standards. Casey and Bart put their heart and expertise in the place. It shows. I've recently moved to another SNAP coz I had to move houses and you can feel the difference. There's definitely more 'SNAP' at EPPING :) Kudos guys XX
