Been a member in this gym for around a month now and I can say I've had the best time here. Staff is super chill and very helpful! I wont post their names here. Place is always clean and theres a lot of equipment. Cant say I have anything bad to say everythings been great!! 10/10
Great gym, Nat, Gemma and all the staff are very helpful and courteous. Good equipment and wonderful environment. Always look forward to my next workout. Keep up the good work guys.
I walked in for the first time to find out about the memberships and prices. There is no front desk so it’s quite overwhelming as a new customer to not know where you should go. A staff member was quick to come out of an office but her first question was do you have an appointment which made it seem like walk ins weren’t welcome. The staff member said it should be ok and got me to wait while she went back into the office. It was quite awkward as I wasn’t sure where to stand or sit. Then when she came back out she said fill this form out. I explained I only wanted to enquire about the memberships and prices. The staff member said I had to fill the form out and would then show me around the gym. I didn’t want to do that but she said it was so she could see my goals and so forth. Again, I explained I only want to enquire about the membership prices. The conversation went around in circles and I knew I wasn’t going to get the prices or have the membership options explained so I said I’ll leave it. This is not a great intro for people wanting to enquire before giving all of their personal details. I am now looking for another gym even though this was the closest to me. The welcome of walk ins and communication is not inviting and in my opinion needs to be improved.
This gym is really small ad doesn't have alot of equipment. Half the time people dnt put their weights back, I'm always packing up a bunch of weights, it's not that hard yo put ur weights back
Best gym I've worked out at best staff members there very friendly & helpful best place to train at to develop body fitness
The staff here are absolutely wonderful. They are welcoming and friendly, and I would highly recommend stopping by and checking the place out. The gym itself is clean, with plenty of equipment that’s in good shape. But definitely have to shout out the team here, so welcoming and nothing was too much trouble - thank you!
Being part of this gym for 4 weeks so far and the experience so far has being brilliant. Gym has plenty of equipment and is always very clean. Keep up the good work guys and look forward to a long relationship.
Recently joined so far a great experience. Staff here are super nice and supportive. I won't write the name here publicly but the person who dealt with me had a really good and positive attitude. Keep it up!
Do not sign up with this gym. Reception doesnt work at any part of the building and there is no Wifi to connect to.
