SNAP Car Wash

I asked them to get my little mazda 323 as close to brand new as humanly possible. I returned to find they came pretty damn close! Definitely the best it's looked in the 12 years that I've owned it. Nice work gentlemen!Services: Steam cleaning

Paid for a Wash, Wax & Polish. Got home, saw water marks still on vehicle. No wax applied, vehicle was only partially washed with little to no care being taken. Leaves still in the vehicle out grill. Due to the lighting where they are located, you can't actually see the quality, or lack of, in the cleaning. Very disinterested in entertaining my concerns. I would NOT recommend using this service.Services: Polishing

The outside of the car was fairly good after the clean but the inside of the car was quite frankly terrible. They left streak marks everywhere, didn't even vacuum down the side of my seats. I paid $135 for the detail and honestly Id prefer my money back and never ever use them again. I 100% do a better job myself and regret getting it done by these guys who were actually the first car detailers ive ever used. The guy also seemed like he was just making the prices up. Overpriced in my opinion, ended up paying a fortune for our car to be cleaned, ended up with a wet shiny mess. The whole car was wet inside, still not dry after a day, and even though it was soaked with water, it still wasn't clean, as my jeans ended up with muddy stains on the knees just from buckling my kids in after the wash, so either the water was dirty or they didn't clean it very well. Doesn't even seem like they attempted to dry it at all. Staff are non-existent, there is no order to it, you're just lucky if you find someone to help you, and don't even bother waiting inside at the shop, there's noone there. Cleaning on the dash and similar areas was only half done, with some areas not touched at all, and everything else looking so greasy like they just wiped over everything with an oily rag. Nor impressed at all, waste of time and money.

Would not recommend, just thought it would be convenient as the place is located in a shopping centre. I wanted the snap express which states it includes vacumming interior and boot. When I went there, the guy stated that my car inside would look exactly how it is, they would only vacuum the inside, which I said yes vacuum the inside. The guy kept trying to state that the car would not be cleaned on the inside, I then asked him what it meant by vacuuming on the inside, he showed me and said that my car mats don't get vacummed, so basically he'll lift the mats out and vacuum underneath it!!! Anyway I gave up as I already had my baby out of the car and wasn't going to argue. I felt pressured to pay more money to get a proper clean. What I was most disappointed about, when I left the car place after it was cleaned and drove off, I hadn't noticed that my baby's car seat had been unlatched from the side. It wasn't until I had driven off onto the main road and saw that my baby was on the left side of my car window rather than the middle, I had to find a place to stop. I don't have a problem with the car seat being unlatched for cleaning but do the decency of telling your customers so they can fix it. Its not hard to speak. Also one last thing, they need to work on their customer service. So unwelcoming when I went there and even worst after I paid. In Kotara they have a little office in the centre, when I asked the 2 men where to pay, they just pointed to the carpark. What's the point of having an office in the centre and if they need it, don't have a counter there if it's not required. The cleaning itself, nothing flash. Ive had better handwash car services previously and a lot cheaper too. Snap car wash prices are very expensive im comparison. I only wanted to try this one out because it was closer to home and at a shopping centre.Service: Auto interior vacuuming

Did a good job but they did miss a couple of spots. Where I was disappointed the most was although I was upsold to the "full detail" the sign says for reselling your vehicle. Nothing was done under the bonnet. This, apparently is an extra, so I don't know what a full detail is.

UPDATE - they pretend to care and respond to these reviews and then do nothing after you've emailed them Absolutely terrible Greasy finger prints, so much dust left over and leaves and spider webs still remaining. What a waste of money.Services: Polishing

Terrible customer service, rude staff. Awful job ! Came back next day to complain about the service and the guy was being rude at me, giving me excuses like the vaccumm hose is too big for small areas, even after complaining he had the audacity to turn his back and say "oh my god", so disrespectful ! Do not recommend to anyone. Please don't go
