I had a really good experience on my first time with them. I had to clean my company car and this is the only place nearby my office. I was a bit skeptical after reading all the comments, but the place is not as stated.  They did do a very good job. My interior was nasty and cleaned the spots on my seats for free.  Overall, I am very much satisfied with the cleaning.

Google has asked me to "share more about my experience" with Snap Car Wash. I can safely say that I have never been there. I have no idea where it is but I've obviously been close to it and for me personally, if it's a coin operated car wash, would never take any car I value to one. If it's a paid hand wash car wash, I recommend that you read reviews written by people who have actually used their services. * The star rating given is not indicative of any personal opinion on Snap Car Wash, it is simply because I have to give one with my review.

If I could pit zero stars I would paid top of line detail 2hrs I waited. To be disappointed, and only $50 off. Now I'm going home to wash my car again. Last time I went I got a cheaper wash and clean, it was twice as good as today's! Last time

We pulled up in the carpark of the car wash on the lower level. There was a gentleman who had parked two spaces over that we followed into the carpark, he too was getting his car washed and was still sitting in his car. As we we parking, a worker hopped into the Mercedes parked in front of that gentleman, who was still sitting in his Ute, put the car in reverse and slammed into the front of the Ute. The worker then began driving off! He was stopped, hopped out of the car and began accusing the gentleman in the Ute for running into him. His colleague came over also accusing the gentleman for running into him. When I advised I had the whole incident on dash camera, they still argued that the gentleman was in the wrong.  The gentleman in the Ute was given footage of the incident for his insurance company and also mine and another witnesses details.  The funny part is that the guys at the was thought I’d still leave my car with them to get washed. No way!  Later I received a call from the gentleman in the Ute who advised that they ended up reviewing their cameras and it clearly showed the worker reversing the car into the Ute.  These guys would have fought until they were blue in the face to say they weren’t in the wrong had we not have been there to witness it. For $40 for a interior clean I believe I came back to a car that hadn’t been touched. Food and finger prints still on the windows that hadn’t been cleaned, dust and grime on the hard surfaces. I even vacuumed before hand so it wasn’t bad for them as I do have kids and it does get quiet dirty so it wasn’t like it was a trashed interior to begin with. No empathy nor not happy to go back and quickly clean windows. I’ll be better off cleaning it all myself next time. Lesson learnt.

I arranged for the Snap Interior detail which says that it includes an exterior wash and edges as well. I was charged $200 when their board says it is $199 for a sedan, however they did not do the outside. They claimed that I said that I did not want the outside done - well then it should be cheaper, then they claimed the seats were very dirty which is why. Absolutely no way were my seats very dirty as there is literally only one person that is in the car and the interior was quite clean before I dropped it off I just wanted to freshen them up.  This is the second time I have been stung with Snap Car Wash this time at Charlestown but last time at Kotara - they false advertise claiming their boards are "From" well you wont be getting any of my business. Ill also be reporting to Fair Trading as this is unacceptable!Service:&nbsp;Auto detailing

I paid $120 for a 'mini-detail' but the interior of the car was barely cleaned. It appears they did little more than a quick exterior wash and wiped down the dash. There is still dirt visible on the car. I was told it would have the carpets vacuumed and steam cleaned too. None of this happened. On top of it all, they damaged one of my side mirrors. I would strongly recommend you avoid this place if you actually want your car cleanedServices:&nbsp;Polishing

After washing and vacuuming my car they left dirty hand prints on the interior and on the rear door handles. They didn't do anything about black spots on the tailgateService:&nbsp;Auto interior vacuuming
