Remote purchasing made easy. Buying a property from 4000km away is never a simple process, but Michelle was great and helped make it all happen. Straight forward communications, frank and responsive. I reckon both vendor and buyer are thankful she was there to make the deal work.

Seamless͏ selling experience. Ingrid Ward is a consummate professional who has a forensic knowledge of the real estate market. I engaged Ingrid to sell my home after she had managed the sale of my mother's home a year earlier and the great job she did there. What I valued most about Ingrid was her integrity, her commitment to every step of the sale process, her clear expectations and her regular updates as I was overseas during the marketing process. Another bonus is her great team – the auction went seamlessly. Excellent.

What͏ a total legend. I contacted Jay to get an appraisal on my home and I was impressed with him from the very beginning. Jay was professional friendly and honest. He was upfront about what the value of my home would be, the fees involved and how they would market my home. He answered all my questions and reassured me that as I had already purchased another home interstate that  he and his associates would do everything they could to ensure my home sold in a timely manner to enable me to have settlement in time for my purchase to be completed. My house sold one day after they listed it and at the very price I was told I would probably get for my home. To say I was impressed was an understatement. Jay is a total legend. He was approachable, compassionate and made the whole process effortless and easy. I would thoroughly recommend Jay to anyone contemplating selling their home. His knowledge of the area and the market was amazing and he was professional and friendly throughout the whole process. He made me feel like he valued my time and was also respectful of my situation. Professional From͏ our first meeting with Jay we knew he had the knowledge and expertise to sell our property. Jay is an honest & reliable agent. He is a considerate but fair negotiator. He was very supportive throughout the whole process. There was challenging times selling our property but Jay never gave up & always had faith he could get the results needed for us.

DELIVERS ON HIS WORD. From the moment Alex was chosen as our exclusive agent, our sales process was both swift, stress free and quite professional. Alex gave an honest and genuine appraisal and we have been confident from the outset that we would achieve a harmonious result. He has been in touch quite regularly giving both verbal and electronic updates and has quietly helped us select the successful purchaser. Moving house has never been easier than with Alex - so many locals had given him such a fantastic recommendation and he will be the only agent we will use.

Patient, Professional, Nice and Helpful. Although our house was so nice and exclusive, we had complicated situation since we had tenancy contract till Sep next year with not cooperative tenants. Without help of Julia and Francesca, we probably had even more complicated situation. Julia was so patient, nice and genuine that made tenants become more cooperative and Francesca was so experienced to guide us through the whole process to finalize the price. I should mention we had another attempt last year to sell our property with another agent with not pleasant experience. Although our house was not tenanted and was beautifully designed  back then, we couldn't get any considerable offer near our expectation which was mainly due to wrong marketing strategy that time. Julia and Francesca care about sellers' expectation and they act professionally with the right marketing strategy. You would be in good hands if asking them for help.

Outstanding Alex's͏ is hands down the best real estate agent I have ever dealt with. I have bought properties from the west coast to the east. Alex's exceptional market knowledge, professionalism and communication skills make him a absolute pleasure to work with. I would very highly recommend Alex and I'll be dealing with him for all my future property endeavours.  Absolutely outstanding service.
