Perfect holiday, do not have to leave resort as it has all the conveniences such as restaurants and casino. Love the pool one of the best I've been to. Accommodation was perfect with a fabulous balcony, spent many hours there and the pool. There was nothing I could really fault or wasn't happy with. Staff were also very accommodating and friendly. I will definitely try and make this part of annual leave every year, I was very impressed.

Prior to our arrival we requested several pieces of disability equipment for showering purposes and these were provided, including in-shower grip handles. This demonstrated an attention detail which was very much appreciated. The hotel facilities were many and friendly, attentive staff were always nearby for advice or to take our food and beverage orders. The call-up of taxis was especially efficient. Overall an extremely relaxing and pleasant stay in a very professionally run establishment. The staff were excellent.

We have stayed a few times and we really like it at Sky city. This time however we were in an interconnecting room that channeled the guests next door voices very loudly and very clearly into our room. It started at 4.30am and by 5.30am we called security to take a look which they did. They came to our room and understood what we were talking about and nicely let the people next door know that we could hear everything. Would not stop us coming back, design of the rooms is not a reflection of the staff that handled our situation, quickly and professionally.

This is the only casino in Darwin (I think?) so its a bit hard to compare to anything else around. Plenty of parking and there are speakers all through the walking paths playing music.. which was a first! Friendly staff and a killer buffet lunch. Lots of choice, mains & dessert Amazing custard pudding! Definitely give this a visit if you're in town, I've been told there is a pretty good night scene here we were didn't have to stick around till late

The rooms and hotel facilities are average at best. Someone had urinated in the 3rd floor lift foyer. Staff were advised but nothing was done about the stench during my time at the hotel. The hotel itself is a shambles. The walls have holes in them. The carpet tiles throughout were wet and mouldy. The rooms smelt of smoke or mould. I was travelling with 3 others and their rooms were the same. A/C was not working in my colleagues room (303). We advised the staff and again nothing was done. Will not be staying with you and will be advising my colleagues to do same.
