Rude, argumentative staff. She was running 10 minutes late and said she didn’t see me there in the waiting room however didn’t bother to come check. The room was uncomfortably hot. The lady refused service and said I should have done the correct procedure before hand despite her not giving any instructions on the phone. She referred to a document that you only receive when you get there, if it was a requirement it should be sent prior to the appointment. I made attempts to try and still have my lashes done but I think she knew that she’d make an easy $100 from my voucher if she didn’t have to see a client. Poor business and poor customer service. Is not there for the best interest of the client she is just there to make her money and go home. After reading other reviews I’m surprised her business is still operating.

Great birthday gift ! Very relaxing and the massage worked a treat on my legs especially. Loosened up tight calves and hugely reduced numb tingling in my toes [pinched nerve?] Work on the knots in my shoulders worked well also. Appreciate advise on alignment faults identified and exercise recommendations. Really need to go back regularly I think.

I really enjoyed my experience here from the moment I stepped through the doors.Marii is so lovely and kind offering me advice on my health and body with the range of  essential oils, which I have now purchased. I had my teeth whitened and after 20 minutes I seen instant results.As for the amazing facial combined with the ultra sound  to help my skin improve from sun damage , it was out of this world and I felt so relax.I know I will be back very soon as there is lots of pampering to choose from and more knowledge to gain about my body,skin,health and mind .

My husband recently brought me a gift voucher for my birthday, he selected a package that wasn’t what I was interested in so I emailed the owner and was able to change it for services to the same value. I really appreciated this as I got to have treatments that I liked and wanted instead, she was very accommodating. I thoroughly enjoyed my treatments and the time spent with the owner Marii discussing the use of DoTERRA essential oils, not just in terms of them being incorporated into my treatments, but sharing ideas and uses with each other to support our busy lifestyles and that of our families. Marii went above and beyond for me that day and I left feeling refreshed, relaxed and full of gratitude. Thanks Kari

I just spent a wonderful afternoon at the Cullen Bay Day Spa. The treatment was a gift and was exactly what I needed. I felt relaxed and rejuvenated. I appreciated all the knowledge about skin care and wellness that was shared as it showed me that the Cullen Bay Day Spa knows and understand skin care. Thank you.
