Wonderful service, never a problem booking my appointments and waxing spot on every time. Caroline does a fantastic job, lovely lady, I will definitely be back.

So I called to get an eye brow and Brazilian wax on a Tuesday which is $45 dollars as Tuesday and Wednesday she has a special on as per her website and also confirmed by Carolyn over the phone when I made the booking, I went in she ripped my vag with her cheap strip wax had to ice it all night, ans left hairs everywere. but apart from that when I went to pay she said it will cost 72 plus 2 to use my card. I was charged 74 dollars instead of 45. She ripped me off stone cold at the time I was in shock at how sly she was I shut my mouth paid it and walked off!! The funny thing is she gave me pamphlets to give to my friends, DO NOT GO THERE SHE IS A DODGY PIECE OF WORK Regret walking in that door!!!!

Please PLEASE don't go here. Save yourself. I asked for a Brazilian with hot wax and when I got there she said she's doing mainly strip because it's less effort?! Every time I winced, which is not an unusual response to hair being ripped out your vag with strip wax, she would sigh and tell me I'm making her job difficult. Then she told me as I have a lot of hair I'll have to pay extra. When I tried to protest she said she would do half the job then. I know I'm Greek but I've never been told I have too much hair! I've been getting waxed every 5 weeks for 3 years now and have never had a botch job like this one. Had to ice my vag throughout the night after. So terrible.

No customer service skills at all! Would never ever go again! Was told when I had booked in for a wax to quickly lie down so she can get it over and done with as she was too busy and had better things to be getting onwith! Also complained the whole way through how she dislikes customers ringing for appointments as they waste her time! Dont own a business if not prepared to deal with customers booking in-surely you want business!?! Wax wasnt even done properely! Loads of hair left on !Stay away!
