Another excellent work from beautiful nails as always. They’re very accommodating, great service and always putting 100% in their work. Very happy with the result today They’ve exceeded the treatment and my expectation. Definitely flexible with their work. If you’re around Darwin city Mitchell street, don’t hesitate to come in even when busy they manage to get things done  or book an appointment to suit your schedule.

I was late for my appointment but the staff were very enthusiastic and cheerful . I come here every two weeks for my lashes and nails .This is the place where I am most interested in eyelash extensions, the price is moderate and they really care about the customer's real eyelashes. I'm always worried about my real lashes fall out  after got it  elsewhere, but I'm totally believe  for the girl here who did it for me.  the lashes are light and natural even I always get mega volume . the staff name Anna very friendly .She helped me choose the color and design for my long and difficult acrylic set  . always feel satisfied and trust this place

I had a wonderful customer service experience this morning getting my manicure done. The staff are so thoughtful and considerate.  Definitely the best nail place in Darwin, in my opinion. Highly recommend.

I’ve been here twice since I’ve arrived here in Darwin. Friendly Staff, clean and nice environment, and very relaxing. I’m not the person to get my feet touched since I’m ticklish but the staff did a great job so I came back and got my toes done again.

Men! Get a pedicure from here - they did the best job and it was SO relaxing. 52yo male,  this is only the second pedicure of my life. Two weeks ago I hurt my back and cannot bend to clip my toe nails. Darwin, thongs, and sandals… it was not pretty. 40 relaxing and refreshing minutes later, plus some clear coat, I have the best feet on Mitchell St.

I came here after reading great reviews and can confirm. Nails are great and they helped me choose the right colour for me and she was a perfectionist.. adament that they stay, as SNS should! Thank you ladies

Got charged $130 a pedicure and manicure with shellac. Very expensive and the whole process was rushed as they did my fingers whilst my toes were being done.  Had to painfully hold up my arms to the lady doing my fingers.  Not sure if I would return with those prices.

I went in with a chipped acrylic nail which I was concerned with. They said it can be filed off, which later proved wrong and an thin overlay of acrylic was applied over that chip. 5 days later the new acrylic layer is chipped and I have to be very careful to not break it. In my opinion they should have tried to fix the root problem, not cover it - since if I decide to go back it'll cost me to get it fixed and it consumes time. Another issue is with their pricing, the advertised infill is $30 but I paid $50 which I'm assuming is added because of the shellac polish, but nonetheless $20 is quite a bit compared to other places who can do it for cheaper. Lastly, the lady called me out for choosing colours that were 'ugly'  or pointed me to colours she preferred... maybe I'll try out some other places. The staff were quite nice at first though.

DISGUSTING! I went to do my eyelashes, they advertised them for 40$ and when I went to pay they charged me 100$. We arraned the appointment through facebook and apparently the lady sent me the prices 4 hours after we spoke but I always left the house and I didn't have internet so I didn't see the prices. When I got there, I thought I was going to pay 40$ but she was still supposed to give me a consultation and tell me how much it would be. Anyways I paid 100$ at the end. I got 2 uneven eyelashes, I got a completely different style from what I showed her that I wanted and after a few hours over 10 pieces of lashes fell out. I got so upset and I went in the next morning as early as possible so I could have the rest of the day to remove them as I am going on holidays and I don'twant to go looking like that. They told me that the lady who did my eyelashes would call me but she never did, so i messaged her on facebook and she didn't reply. I ended up calling in the evening and she was extremely rude and she said I can't do anything about it. She could either fix them, but my eyelashes look terrible, I don't waste my time there as I am leaving very soon for my holidays and second to refund me 20$ put of my 100$ and remove my lashes. I told her to remove my lashes and give me my full refund. She denied and wouldn't even let me talk on the phone. Awful service, don't trust them at all.

Have been going here for 4 years now, excellent manicures and pedicures, really good attention to detail. Lovely friendly staff and very accommodating with last minute bookings.Services:&nbsp;Pedicure
