Staff is friendly alright and that's in their name! My pool chlorinator stopped working. As it had their name on it, I called them and they offered to come out and check it. Technician came home and told me it's under warranty as it is less than two years old. I went to pick up the chlorinator and they gave me a 600$ bill!! I asked them why they did not ring and inform me about the repairs. Being under warranty they should contact the manufacturer to either offer me a replacement one or fix it for me. They admitted their mistake which is great. They told me they will put back the original parts and I can go from there. I paid the call out fees and left.
