By FAR the best pool shop in Darwin. 
We had a serious case of black spot and did not think we could have it fixed so swiftly befor x mas. When pristine pools attended they were more than helpful and have so much knowledge. Our pool was drained, hydroblasted, immaculately cleaned, filled and balanced in 24 hours. We are over the moon with the service they offer. Always going over and above. Absolute pleasure to deal with and are reccomending their service to everyone we know. Do not use friendlys or figtree as we do not recommend their services (absolute rip off and no accountability) 
PRISTINE POOLS IS THE ONLY POOL SHOP TO USE IN DAWRIN.

Came out and quoted promptly to replace a pool liner but as soon as agreed to go ahead and possibly use insurance, all calls were ignored and have now been told unable to do the job with no explanation. Really upsetting and disappointing.

So impressed with this company. Great service and excellent pricing. The guys who serviced the spa were very friendly and helpful. Very happy customer.

You will not find a more helpfull pool shop in darwin. Out standing customer service you have definitely got my work and any one that asks me i will definitely send them your way.

Fantastic experience with these guys. Very reliable and always leave with my pool looking great! Even bigger bonus that they are super cheap too!!!  Very happy customer.
