Original shoe fitter fitted our daughter 2 sizes too small resulting in our daughter having foot pain until we realised what happened. The return and exchange process went smoothly though and the store manager fitted her shoes properly
Very disappointed - Last Tuesday I entered the store. I knew which shoes I wanted and size, quick transaction. Only one staff member in store and after waiting 5 minutes I decided to have something to eat and come back. On returning there were 2 staff members. The previous staff member was again busy serving another customer. The other staff member ignored me. I replaced the shoes and have now ordered them on-line. Sorry, but staff should never ignore customers, even if they are busy.
Went in today to check out some new work boots, both the ladies on today were super helpful and very welcoming. Terrific product knowledge, great service and very friendly

I had never bought Skechers before and was excited to give them a go today. I was well greeted by a staff member when i first visited this store and received good service initially however, i left the store to go home and retrieve my orthodics and returned 2 hours later only to be completely ignored. I was literally standing around for many many minutes only 1 metre away from the same staff member who had served me earlier that day. They appeared to be totally preoccupied with rearranging the shelves and never acknowledged me at all. They even stepped around me at one point. I was the only customer in the store yet i felt invisible. I walked out dissapointed and headed into another shoe store and happily gave them my money instead.
I recently purchased some shoes from Liane at Mt Ommaney. They were on sale and my size was not in stock. Liane arranged for prompt free delivery and I received the shoes within 2 business days. Unfortunately, I'm a half size which is not available. When I took them back, there was a no fuss refund issued and Liane even remembered both the transaction as well as my name.. Such personalised customer service is not common. I will definitely shop there again! Desleigh Monaghan
