Kim and Elaine were absolutely lovely. Balancing customers, offering quality footwear, all while being pleasant and overall helpful seemed to be their specialty. I would happily recommend Mathers at Mt Ommaney to anyone, especially because of Kim and Elaine.
Excellent quality products Good shop fitting - layout Most importantly staff are exceptional - Kathleen is a star - good knowledge but more importantly energetic patient empathetic and there to find an outcome for customers. Not my first visit there and will be my 4074 shoes go to. Thanks Mathers
Connor was amazing as he helped us find the right shoes, he didn't mind getting out different styles and sizes for me and new his stuff. He was also very friendly and great to have a chat with. Kathleen was also very nice and warm. Expensive shoes but beautiful people and workers so it’s ok. Thank you!
Didn't have the shoes i was after but the customer serice was prompt and without hesitation. They even called the other store for me. The young lady that served me name started with E.
