Solid 4 stars experience. The duck was good, but it's not out of this world. The portion was great considering the price and there's a small surcharge for card payment.
The peking duck wasn’t bad itself unfortunately I don’t have a photo. It was actually quite yummy, however the duck skin was pale and it seemed as if it was fried rather than bbq duck. The service was also bad - the lady just slapped the pancakes onto our plate in a rude, harsh manner. The noodles were also poorly cooked - short noodles, bland, hardly any flavour. The soup was good though.
I can see why it's an institution in Melbourne - need to order a set menu but it easily feeds 3 people at $88 price point. Really good Peking duck!
The food at this Peking duck place was great, especially the Peking duck itself. The skin was crispy, and the meat was tender, just as it should be. They were generous with the plum sauce, cucumbers, and spring onions, which made for a delicious wrap.nnOne of the highlights of our experience was the friendly uncle who served us. He did a fun pancake-throwing trick while preparing the Peking duck wraps, which brought a lot of laughter to our table. He made our meal more memorable.nnThe only thing I would suggest is adding more variety to the menu. Aside from the duck set menu, there was no other dishes to choose from. It would be great if they offered more food options for a fuller dining experience.

The service was efficient and friendly, ensuring that our needs were met without delay. Highly recommend this spot if you're craving authentic and delicious Peking duck!
