Yeah I am a regular here. Rubbish service but can't beat the awesomeness of the hot pot. Great cuts of meat with the weird and the wonderful and the sauce bar is key here. Definitely good feed. Bit more expensive than most hot pots bit definitely worth it for the quality of food

pricy food with very poor customer service especially the guy at the front that checks the appointments when people walk in . He had horrible rude attitude when I tried to confirm my booking with him. Won't recommend this place or go back at all because of those rude attitudes.

Terrible service, 8 people was seated in 5 person table. Disgusting food. Fresh fruit juice not fresh at all. Prawns were stuck to the bamboo stick. Hot pots were lit by a single candle and it took forever to cook. Food took forever to come too. Rude waiters complaining to customers. Dirty plates and chopsticks. Would never come again.

If you like hot pots, you'll love this place. There's a huge variety of food to order from for you to cook in your little "personal" hot pots. You get to choose from different broths to cook your meats and vegetables in and there's even a little condiments station for you to mix and match the condiments you like. I had the spicy broth and it was a little to spicy and oily for me but overall it's a nice Chinese restaurant and it seemed to be very busy so make sure you book a place in advance if you have a large group!
