The best real estate agents I've ever dealt with. Showed so much care and understanding in their service and completely drama-free and fair in their assessments which hasn't always been the case with other agents in my experience. With Silver Service, show that you're a good tenant and they treat you as such.

All good so far, they seem to care about service levels a little more than the other agencies. We were treated like people during the inspection rather than like a herd of cattle. I liked them.

Without doubt the best real estate service that I have worked with as a tenant of rental properties over 20 or so years. The systems they have in place to start a lease are particularly outstanding as they set out from the beginning using documentation. If you get it in writing up front, you limit any problems at the end of the lease.

While a tenant with this agency we found them to be very accommodating and reasonable. As three young university students with no previous renting history and a basic understanding of what was expected of us we were treated equal to any other tenant. We were lucky enough not to have any issues with the property whilst renting though if we had I have no doubt that the team at Silver Service would have been more than helpful. They did not have any outrageous expectations and were very prompt and helpful in their responses. When inspections came up they were more than happy to accommodate appointment shifts if needed to fit within all schedules. If only all agents were easy to work with as Silver Service. I'm so sorry that people have posted these untrue allegations. Lydia

Gold star for Silver Service!!! Through the last 3 years of our tenancy, Silver Service has given us the best renting experience we could have asked for. Between the four of us we have rented more than 10 properties in Melbourne over the last 7 years and Sliver Service been so far ahead of any other agency we have ever stayed with its laughable (in a tragic kind of way). The communication has always been prompt and friendly, even outside of hours. Any maintenance issues have always been resolved within days if not the same day. Even little details like moving the tap in the front yard so we didn't run into it every day - without us even asking. Silver service also expertly tended the dual role of serving tenant and landlord. When replacing the curtains throughout, the staff personally inspected the quality of the work and ensured that it was in keeping with the decor of the house, one such example among many! I will always check their properties before renting from another agent and I would wholeheartedly recommended anyone do the same.
