always great to go to the local cinema in Broken Hill, always a pleasure to chat with the owner John Wren, if it wasn't for him, BH wouldn't have 1, seating is comfortable, cinema is clean & tidy, a credit to the boys that work there.

Always great to support our local cinema and John Wren who strives to bring us the current Movies and does Charity viewings.
I recently spent 4 weeks at Broken Hill. 4 movies a week x 2 choc Tops. The theatre is in need of some TLC. It has an old world feeling about it, which gives it a rather unique quality. Put it on your list of places to visit next time you are out that way.

John and the team at the the Silver City Cinema ensure your time at the movies is just the experience it always was when we were kids and support the Broken Hill Community through enjoyable fund raising movie events throughout the year. Thanks John.
John is a true gentleman and looked after me well as a colleague during my past visits to Broken Hill. I had many enjoyable nights both at the cinema and also the Drive-in prior to its closure. John S. Adelaide.
