Rang the hotline and checked session times. Drove half an hour to attend the 3:30 screening of avatar 2. By the time we arrived at 3:10 the hotline recording had changed all session times and the next screening was 5 hours later.
The cinema is fine but the customer service is poor. I had planned to see the Warren Miller movie tonight and tried to pre-book it when I first heard the ad a couple of weeks ago but there is no phone number only a hotline or contact email. I went in to inquire about it a few days prior to the movie and was told there would be no presale and tickets could only be purchased immediately prior. I turned up 20 minutes before the movie and the tickets were sold out and had sold out hours before. Contrary to the information I was given, tickets had gone on sale at 230pm. The person who I spoke to gave me the wrong information. I had been looking forward to this movie for weeks. If you won't do presale and have a one off movie like Warren Miller, you need to publish the information about when tickets can be purchased on your website and on signs at the cinema. When I asked the person at the ticket counter about it, he was very rude and said "I told everyone I would be open from 230pm". That's not what the person I spoke to told me. I wasn't working today and would have come in at 230 if I had known. Unfortunately this is the only cinema in Jindabyne so I will likely go there again but if there was a choice, I wouldn't.

Single cinema, shows new releases friendly staff great sound quality and good range of snacks in the snack bar.
